June 12th - Fishing Report

The fishing for Kings remained a challenge today, but some real nice fish hit the dock and the weather cooperated. At least from a rain standpoint, was over cast most of the day but no rain, a little wind out front made for some sloppy fishing, but not real bad.

Part of our group of guests went on a real Alaska Adventure today, they boarded our airplane and took a wonderful fishing tour to three of the local high mountain lakes, with plenty of nice trout and Artic Char and some Dolly Vardens, add to that some amazing scenery with snow peaked mountains, glacial ice around the lakes and absolute pristine waters. A good time was had by all. They hit three Lakes, fishing in all three while the plane stayed with them all day.

On with the pictures:

Here are the Adventurers just before they departed.

Blaze and Woody - New Guides out training had a good day, with a nice King!

Always a Great Day at Yes Bay in SE Alaska!
