June 30th - Better Weather and more Kings!

The rain continued, but the wind layed down and the seas were calmer but the fishing remained good. Plenty of nice big Kings hit the dock today as well as a few pink salmon and our first Chum salmon...throw in a few nice halibut and you can call it a great day of fishing.

June 29th - A tough day of weather but fish!!

The weather took a turn for the worse today, with some wind and cold, cold rain...ALL DAY!! But to the persistent the fishing was pretty good with some nice KIngs a few pinks and a real nice halibut!

It was tough getting them to stay down for pictures, most preferred to get up to the warm fireplace in the Lounge and relax before dinner!!

June 28th - Big Kings in the Morning!!

The championship is on the line here and "Cutter" rose to the challenge with the years biggest at 31.5 pounds! Dewey went out first thing this morning with every intention of bringing in the biggest of the season to win the crew pool...and according to him he lost an even bigger one (The old one that got away story!)

June 27th - King Bite continues...

Large Kings are around and more seem to be on the way. Weather was pretty good today with some light winds and some light rain mixed with some sunshine!

Everyone is hitting the King salmon fishing hard and if you are diligent you will produce some real nice Kings. A couple big ones hit the dock this afternoon...there were also the usual assortment of nice halibut!!

June 26th - A Great KIng Day!!!

A big school of Kings moved into the area today and all boats were on fish most of the day! Tide didn't seem to matter, the fish bite was on!! Most boats caught their limit and many were able to also bring in some real nice Pink Salmon as well.

June 25th - Good King Bite this morning!

The King salmon bite first thing this morning was pretty strong on the tide turn. With most boats hooking up at least one nice King Salmon. Sprinkled in were a few nice bright pink salmon and some boats managed to halibut fish for a little while and at least 2 big one got away, something to try for tomorrow!!

June 24th - Great Weather - Good Fishing!

Not too much rain today, very little wind until the tide turned this afternoon, then it was a little lumpy but most boats were able to avoid the rough water.

Some Kings more halibut and a good assortment of rock fish!!
