August 16th - Yes Bay Lodge Fishing Report

Whew - what a day - hard rain and wind most of the day today which limited our fishing spots...only two boats fishing today huge crowd of people arrive tomorrow. The mayhem begins with the Lodge full well into September....

Back to today - in spite of the weather we had good fishing with a bunch of catch and release kings and some nice silvers hitting the dock as well as a few nice bottom fish. Both boats managed to stay out of the wind most of the day, although a lumpy ride home, but manageable.

Professor & Guests - Nice King, three nice silvers a good sized yellow eye and a couple rock fish.



Slice and Guests - 3 nice silvers including one over 10 pounds!!
