Today was a great day at Yes Bay Lodge, this morning a beautiful sailboat pulled in and will be joining us for dinner in the Lodge. This afternoon our first guests of the season arrived and later this evening when the boats came in the first salmon of the season arrived!!
Interestingly enough, the first salmon to hit the dock was a beautiful bright Chum Salmon weighing about 13 pounds! Next boat in brought the first King Salmon a real beauty - 19 pounds!
So today was a great start to our 2009 fishing season!!
