Today was a great day of fishing, brought in a little bit of everything again. Slice had his “bib overalls” on today, spent a little time farming, (Farming – The fine art of releasing fish to go back and grow some more – generally when it is NOT the choice of the fisherman!!) rather than catching. He lost a real nice King Salmon, came unbuttoned right at the boat after about a nice 10 minute fight! Fish WON!!
Axman was with guests today, brought in a nice 13 pound King Salmon and a couple medium sized Halibut! Professor was on a training mission today and salmon fished this afternoon, no strikes, no hits! Bottom fishing for halibut no halibut hits but Becky latched on to a really nice 11.8 pound Yellow Eye Snapper! Great fillets and good eating!!
Slammer and crew brought in a nice small halibut this morning and this afternoon a limit of nice rock fish!
Kicker had today off, lounged around and did nothing all day!!
More fishing tomorrow, Kings are starting to show up, expect a good run starting any day now, they will be spotty for a few more days!!
